Chefs Counter Experience with Avi Shashidhara

The Chef’s Counter experience is the perfect gift and chance to sit at the Pahli Hill kitchen pass for the evening to enjoy a bespoke menu created by our renowned Head Chef Avi Shashidhara, recently seen on BBC’s Great British Menu.

Chef Avi will create a bespoke feast for you and a guest and throughout the evening, you will sample an array of Indian flavours across seven courses with the option of paired wines. 

Avi will be on hand to talk you through all the dishes, his take on Indian cooking, and his experiences working in kitchens at some of the most respected restaurants, including The River Café.

The Chef’s Counter at Pahli Hill will take place weekly on Fridays and Saturdays. The experience will be open for up to four guests and will offer two sittings from 6-8.30pm and 8.45pm - close.* 

The experience will be priced at £125 per person for seven courses and a cocktail on arrival. There will also be the option to add wine pairings at an additional cost.
